Anime / What would YOU like to see adapted?

In this world exists basically infinite stories through poems (epics), books, comic books, manga, light novels, games, legends, stories of mouth, etc etc. So much that it actually can't even be comprehended! I believe that in this endless pool of stories there is a large amount of material (even outside Japan) that is more than suitable to be adapted into an awesome anime series or movie. Though now, I mostly read thrillers/mysteries (my favorite authors atm are John Grisham and Mary Higgens Clark), I've read more than a few action or adventure or fantasy or science fiction novels that I'd love to see adapted into an anime, though that is more than likely to never happen.
So my question to you guys is, what would YOU like to see adapted into an anime series? (Also explain why in here, since we might not all know what you mean
)
I don't really mean a VN or manga, though that would be also acceptable to put here

I'll probably update this with more once I become more seasoned (and grow a pair -.-), but for now my favorite anime is most likely:
Seitokai no Ichizon
It made me laugh uncontrollably, I too share Ken's goal of the harem ending. (just ask cbox
) I personally think this anime is better than a decent amount of the animes that it makes references to. I still watch parts of every episode every single day cause I still laugh just as hard as I did the first time watching it. It's the PERFECT pure-hearted comedy and is a work of art. All the girls are awesome and unique, and I can't wait for the second season.

oh and honorable mention to Kore wa Zombie Desu ka for introducing me to the most perfect character in the world: Eu

Been meaning to watch it. But ever since I saw the end of Angel Beats (even though it is a "happy ending" I guess) and bawled my fucking eyes out, I get nervous watching an anime that's listed as a drama on animenewsnetwork -.-
