Probably one of the hardest things to ever decide. All of these girls are awesome. T_T It all comes down to preference at the end, so I can't really say much.

Yami-chan: Sex~ "Tell me what's next. Alien sex?" Yes. Indeed. Alien sex indeed.
Touwa Erio: Date~ She's really cute, but I'm not the biggest fan of her personality, although that makes her really moe. Nothing negative to say about her.
Mifune Ryuuko: My Waifu~ The best character in Denpa.

Hmmm, Ryuuko is my waifu chosen by me, Yami is my destined waifu and Erio was kidnapped by Akashic, so it's hard to choose between them. Too hard. But:

Fail Date: Erio - sorry my cute Erio, someone has to go on a fail date.
Sex Once: Yami-chan - she can change her body as she wants, so it would be nice experience having sex with her.
Marry: Ryuuko - she has nice body, she's cute, moe, sexy, <insert a compliment here>. Great material for wife.

Oh, I like them all, this is a bit difficult...

Date: Ryuuko - Cute, but loses barely to the other two. Nothing wrong with the personality, but loses to Erio. Also, as ixlone said, long hair > short hair.
Sex: Yami - One of the very few loli bodies that I want to get my hands on, Yabuki Kentaro can make even loli delicious. Besides, as others said, she can change it at will. I don't care for her personality, so marrying is out of question.
Marry: Erio - Possibly the most beautiful character design I've ever seen, plus I like her personality. A reasonably clear winner.

And here I thought I'd chosen decently well-known anime. You guys are missing out on something seriously awesome if you haven't seen Asura Cryin', and the two others are pretty entertaining as well. Anyway, here are mine:

Date: Yuuhi - She's okay for a tsundere, but something tells me I wouldn't get along with her very well.
Sex: Ibuki - What heyman said. I also like her personality, she'd make a very good wife, but her occasional violent outbursts are a hazard to one's health.
Marry: Misao - She's awesome, and cute as well. Life with her would never get boring, I'm sure.
