The only place you could really where it would be an anime convention, where people get the joke.

I would put it on IN there, not out on the streets nearby.

I'm pretty sure if someone wore that around my area they would be brought to the local police station for questioning...

Then again, I would laugh so hard if I saw that at the next NBA game I go to!
