The torrents for a lot of the older single eps are dead, and won't be getting replaced any time soon.
Having said that, we are actually working on the Ore Imouto blu-rays finally... And the new and improved versions will hopefully be available soon™

Nah, MPAA is hollywood stuff.
If you do plan on torrenting though, I can't recommend PeerBlock enough, it's pretty easy to set up and it can help stop unwanted people from seeing you in the swarm.

Safest way is probably to use XDCC bots on irc (guide for which can be found in support section). After that I'd say DDL providers. In last place is torrents, as you will be broadcasting your IP to everyone in the swarm.
You can use a few things to make it a bit safer. Such as pay for a VPN to hide your IP and encrypt your connection, or something a bit simpler like using PeerBlock to deny connection attempts of various companies, organisations, governments, etc.
