Gotta say Sisko for three reasons:
1. He's the boss in my favourite ST series.
2. I haven't seen Picard in action much, I haven't seen the ST series where he's in a prominent role. If I had, he might be my choice.
3. His name means "sister" in Finnish. Gave me a good laugh. ;D
