Where can i download True Tears in 480p mkv?

Would anyone know where i can download that? Torrent or DD link is fine.
I really enjoyed the series, but i would like to change the one i have in my computer with the one stated above. If anyone can help me, it would be very much appreciated. :)

720p is mostly what I found in my quick search. No 480p on BakaBT or Demonoid. I found a 1 seed torrrent on Nyaa that's .mkv and the file sizes look about right but it doesn't explicitly say 480p: Here is the torrent info page.
