Visual Novels / Clannad Memeorial Edition

Hello there all! I recently purchased a Memorial Edition Clannad for a friend of mine, unfortunately she is unable to read Japanese. So we've been trying to find a way to get an english patch working on it. I found a few forum posts saying it was possible to use the Baka Tsuki FV files to work on the Memorial Edition. The only problem seems to be trying to find a RealLive to replace the one the game installs. I was curious if anyone had any links to the RealLive or any other files that could get this working? I'd really appreciate it, and thank you in advance for any responses you all can give me!
