Probably one of the hardest things to ever decide. All of these girls are awesome. T_T It all comes down to preference at the end, so I can't really say much.

Sex: Misaka Mikoto. Because that might be quite an experience, and because she's a tsundere so that would be pretty interesting.
Marry: Kuroneko. She's seems more reliable than Mikoto and I feel she would be a good wife. Plus she sometimes deadpan which would always be amusing.

I assumed you mean the second picture that says "vector traced by" something something. It's not really easy to take the text off because of the background colors lol. But apparently its a vector, so why not try to find the vector and make your own wallpaper with it? Always an option. xP
