Title: What programs or software do you use to filter anime and encode it

i was looking that you guys have lucky star up for download and it said that it took some filtering to make it look good as 720p what software do you use to encode and filter it. i have lots of anime that i wanna filter to make them look better than upload them too.

Most of your anime will already have been filtered if it's released by a sub group. You can only do so much to improve it, especially when it's from a terrible source.

With that said google x264 or megui and avisynth if you really want to try.

sorry guys im new here so i didnt know where but now i know thanks for the help and yes i will try whose and later i will upload a list of all the a anime i got i got over 1.8 or  almost 2 terabytes of anime.
