@Irie: I think it's wise to change the title to "Post anime spoilers here"
Anyways,
Kimi ga Nozumo Eien (something that's been bugging me for the longest time)
Why the hell do people think that Narumi picked the wrong girl? I mean, I've seen review after a review complaining that the ending was wrong or that he chose the wrong girl and etc. How in the world did he choose the wrong girl? I mean, Narumi was in total shock after his girlfriend Haruka got in the accident and was in the coma. Being total emo and losing every will to do anything, it wasn't until Mitsuki finally came and supported him. Brought him on his feet, supported him emotionally and after 3 years, managed to "heal" our main protagonist. The thing between Narumi and Haruka was mostly a fling, nothing more. He meets her, they start "dating", have sex and then she's in a coma. I get why he would be shocked over it but it was mostly a rollercoster ride that lasted a couple of days.
The thing between Narumi and Mitsuki however lasted 3 years with feelings being gradually build. And then, OUT OF THE BLUE, Haruka wakes up and now all of a sudden, he's supposed to go back to her? I mean, wtf, Mitsuki was the obvious choice as she both loved him so much he brought him down from depression. If Narumi had picked Haruka however, it would be like: "Yeah, I know you supported me all these years and etc. etc. well, I've decided to go back to my ex!"
WTF people. The only obvious choise was ofcourse to choose Mitsuki and I think Haruka would have understood the situation. I mean, 3 years is a long time and she should have (and did) realize that Narumi is not the guy she used to love. And yet people are stupid and wanted him to pick Haruka -_-
Anyways, that's it for me...
