when you install atlas install like you would any eroge with japanese locale
do not start when you finish installing update it with ATL14U3E
still do not start
copy the contents of AtlasC into the directory you installed atlas and overwrite that way it wont ask for **** like trial is over
now install mecab
extract to a folder TAH
and Translation Aggregator
and ITH etc
once you install atlas you dont need to start it up
okay so this is after you installed mecab and atlas sucessfully
start up a Visual Novel/Eroge ITH and TA pictures will explain if you wanna read ill put in discription as well
