Here's an awkward translation. Helped by kenjinsakura to make a lot less inaccurate. I did this mainly for practise, spent a fair amount of time on it, since I'm pretty much a beginner and had to check almost every kanji from the dictionary. >.< The text may be a little small, sorry about that.
A few notes:
They talked until 10. - There was only 10 and the kanji for talking, I filled in the rest. Without access to earlier pages I can't confirm that this is what it means, but I can't think of any other explanation. Damn Japanese and its reliance on the context. >.<
Toshinou Kyouko - She indeed calls her by her full name all the time. Don't ask me why, I have neither seen nor read YY.
Penalty Buckingham! - This has got to be a catchphrase or something. The original, "Bakkin Bakkingamu", rhymes.
Edit: Apparently she has a habit of making bad puns.
Munya!? - A cute sound the Japanese girls apparently make when they're half-asleep. <.<
