2 pacakges this week:
Dengeki Moeoh (June 2013)
Comes with Ro-Kyu-Bu clear files
eroge stuff:
1 visual fanbook with additional scenarios from Kurenai Kagura, 1 vocal CD, latest Debonosu eroge, 1 A3 size tapestry and 3 telephone cards (2 for the vocal CD and 1 from the eroge)
The book has been damages at the back when customs checked the package. I submitted a complaint at the postal service and am waiting for an update. Changes to get a bit of my money back are very slim. I've had this happen before. Damage to 2 eroge boxes (about 900 Yen a piece) and they only wanted to pay me 25 EUR (total) as they claimed that the postal services aren't at fault and complaining to customs would not help. I hate Belgium cuntoms for this. They are way to brutal with package checks and you even have to pay the clearance fee after they damages your goods. What good is there to shipping with EMS when you can't even get you money back when the goods are damages durring a customs check?!
Problem is last time they said that damage to goods has to be confirmed by your local post office when you get they package. So you have to actually open the package as soon as you get it and check for damage to the goods. If you don't do this the postal services can't cover for any damages. The problem is that when you do and they confirm the damage they still can't help you as they don't have a complaint form for you as they post office and they can't even do it with their computer as the menu for it isn't in their program. You actually have to go home and fill in the form on the internet and send it to the client support mail
