One idea for a rule change, now that things have gotten tougher: Combine guesses with strikes for a total of 10. Each wrong guess would be a strike and listed there. Watch it over for the next few rounds in the new system and see what you think.

I have to disagree with that cuz that just too much help to the player.
Even when playing hangman on paper its:
Noose, head, torso, legsx2, armsx2 = 7 strikes

It's not necessarily limited to 7. Hangman can have a number of guesses allowed. The version I played decades ago hung at the 10th wrong guess (w/hands and feet).

I still think 10 is too much. Theres 21 letters and alot of names that we are using
are japanese so theres no mostly theres no Q, V, or X even. If we changed it to 10 strikes
well...imo it would be hard to get a hangman

Well, for a baseline before the rule update we had 100 successfully guessed and 9 hung.
I still feel that guesses should be included with strikes. Watch how things go and see if we can agree on a number of guesstrikes.
