Tomoyo After Script Error Thread

Report any errors in the script of the game (mistranslations, grammar mistakes, spelling errors, etc.) by posting like so:

Suggested correction.

Example:

In the OP, the last phrase.
"Let's go look for the treasure of the life"
treasure of the life -> treasure of life.

I'm not a native english speaker so I can't really say it for sure, but it does sound kinda weird to me.

[Edit] Derp, I rewatched and it seems it was intentional, since the first line in the opening has the same phrasing. It does sound awkward to me, but hey. I'm nowhere near having perfect english grammar. Also, to make the post worthwhile...

Takafumi: "I'll :insertjapanesecharacterhere: to push myself to the limit."

There was another one like that earlier in the game, but I can't seem to recall. I'll edit when/if I find it.

I believe her name is Mishima Yuko.

This is the version of the scene where only Tomoya is there. The same scene with Tomoyo also there has the correct name.

Tomoya's nameplate is displaying as "・ヒ・フ・" instead of his name.

I know the character for mountain (山) can be read as both "yama" and "san", but the Japanese word is "Fujisan" (富士山) so I'm assuming it should be transcribed as such unless there's some other reason it has been changed which is beyond my knowledge of the language and its localisation.

July 16

In Dungeons and Takafumis, when an enemy (or maybe just a Beastman) is put to sleep with Tomo's Sleep skill the text (that I assume must be something like "Beastman fell asleep") is all in Japanese.
Sorry I don't have a screenshot. The text disappeared almost as soon as it appeared.

Also in Dungeons and Takafumis, when you highlight the armour Mantle with your mouse the first line of the text below reads "Mant (+4)". Am I right in thinking that should read "Mantle (+4)"?

Dungeons and Takafumis is pretty lol...discription for weapons continue past the dialog box and gets cut off.

Oh, sorry about that. I haven't gotten around to actually reading it yet since I haven't had any actual technical issues, but I'll be sure to check it in the future before posting.

For Dungeons and Takafumis, there are some blanks when you level up.  For example, when you earn the "Thief" class, it just shows up in the background of the stats.  Also, when you learn new skills, there's some blanks...

fail and fail2 are bugs with \bword\u tags; we're handling them. Thanks.

Concerning fail3, I specified a template for a reason. I fixed it, but in the future try to include where the problem is so we don't need to rely on our archival memories of every line in the game :P

Just so that everyone knows, we already know about (or for that matter, don't know about, since we haven't gotten around to it yet) the majority of the D&T item translation fails. Chances are they've already been fixed for the next release or will be fixed shortly.
